You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, administrative credentials, and other account access information provided to you.
Bridge Web Host should be notified promptly if you believe your account, website, email, or administrative credentials have been compromised.
3. Hosting Services
Hosting services are provided according to the resources and features associated with the customer’s selected plan.
Bridge Web Host may perform routine maintenance, security updates, software updates, configuration changes, server maintenance, or other technical work reasonably necessary to maintain the hosting environment.
We may modify infrastructure or technical configurations when necessary to maintain security, reliability, compatibility, or performance.
4. White-Glove WordPress Migration
When migration services are included, Bridge Web Host may review the existing WordPress website before transferring it to our hosting environment.
Migration may include transferring website files and databases, configuring hosting, installing or configuring SSL, implementing security measures, testing the migrated website, and other work reasonably necessary to complete the migration.
We do not simply transfer files without review when doing so could introduce known security or technical problems into the new hosting environment.
Customers must provide the credentials and access reasonably necessary to perform the migration.
5. Website Security
Bridge Web Host uses security measures designed to reduce the risk of malware, unauthorized access, malicious files, website compromise, and other security threats.
These measures may include security hardening, malware scanning, monitoring, software updates, access controls, server-level protection, and website-level security tools.
No hosting provider, security system, or internet-connected service can guarantee absolute protection against every cyberattack, vulnerability, malicious actor, or previously unknown security threat.
Accordingly, Bridge Web Host does not guarantee that a website will never be compromised.
6. WordPress and Plugin Updates
Managed hosting may include updates to WordPress core software, plugins, themes, and related components.
Occasionally, software updates can create compatibility problems or interfere with website functionality. Bridge Web Host will use reasonable care when performing managed updates but cannot guarantee compatibility among software developed by independent third parties.
Customers should notify us promptly if they discover functionality problems following an update.
7. Backups and Data
Bridge Web Host may maintain backups as part of its hosting infrastructure or managed services.
Backups are intended to assist with recovery and business continuity but should not be considered a guarantee against every form of data loss.
Customers with business-critical data are encouraged to maintain additional independent copies of important website, transaction, customer, or business records when appropriate.
8. WooCommerce Websites
WooCommerce hosting may involve websites that process orders, customer information, payments, inventory, shipping information, and other commercial transactions.
Third-party payment gateways, shipping providers, plugins, extensions, APIs, and other integrations remain subject to the availability, functionality, and terms of their respective providers.
Bridge Web Host is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party platforms or services outside our control.
9. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Bridge Web Host services to host, distribute, facilitate, or support:
- Malware or malicious software
- Phishing or fraudulent websites
- Spam or unauthorized bulk communications
- Illegal content or activities
- Intellectual property infringement
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Malicious scripts, exploits, or attack infrastructure

- Activities that threaten the security or stability of our infrastructure or other customers
Bridge Web Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers, third parties, or the public.
10. Payments and Billing
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with the services they purchase.
Recurring hosting services may automatically renew according to the billing interval selected during checkout unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension or termination of services after applicable notices or grace periods.
11. Cancellations
Customers may cancel hosting services according to the cancellation procedures and terms published by Bridge Web Host.
Cancellation stops future service according to the applicable billing and cancellation terms but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already provided.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any website files or information they wish to retain before the termination or expiration of their hosting account.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Bridge Web Host Refund Policy.
Certain completed services, migration work, setup services, third-party charges, domain-related expenses, or other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.
13. Technical Support
Technical support is provided according to the customer’s hosting plan and the scope of services purchased.
Managed hosting support generally covers matters related to the Bridge Web Host hosting environment and managed WordPress services.
Custom development, website redesign, extensive programming, third-party software repair, marketing services, or work outside the hosting plan may require a separate agreement or additional charges.
14. Third-Party Software and Services
WordPress websites commonly rely on third-party themes, plugins, extensions, payment processors, APIs, software, and external services.
Bridge Web Host does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their continued availability, compatibility, security, pricing, or functionality.
15. Service Availability
Bridge Web Host works to maintain reliable hosting infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software failures, network problems, cyberattacks, third-party infrastructure failures, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their website content, products, business practices, intellectual property, customer communications, and use of the services.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, or authorizations required for software or content used on their websites.

- Material violation of these Terms
- Abuse of hosting infrastructure
- Activities that create unreasonable risk to other customers or systems
When circumstances permit, we will attempt to communicate with the customer before taking significant action.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Web Host will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
This may include lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or losses resulting from third-party software or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. No Absolute Security Guarantee
Security is a fundamental component of Bridge Web Host services, but no technology can eliminate every possible risk.
References to “secure hosting,” “security,” “protection,” “monitoring,” or similar terms describe the security measures and managed services we provide. They do not constitute a guarantee that a website or server can never experience a vulnerability, intrusion, malware infection, data loss, or other security incident.
20. Intellectual Property
Bridge Web Host retains ownership of its trademarks, branding, website content, proprietary systems, documentation, processes, and other intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Customers retain ownership of their websites, content, trademarks, customer information, and other intellectual property belonging to them.
21. Privacy
Personal information collected through Bridge Web Host is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
Bridge Web Host may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, technology, policies, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
